At The Refiners, we've had the privilege of supporting numerous individuals on their journey to becoming confident and ethical chaplains. Many of our students come to us with a strong calling to spiritual care but feel uncertain about ethical boundaries, role clarity, and how to navigate the complexities of real-world situations. Through our chaplaincy formation course, we provide the guidance, reflection, and accountability they need to gain clarity, confidence, and a more grounded approach to spiritual care.
